By accessing and using Nozzle Numbers, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Nozzle Numbers provides analytics and performance tracking for 3D model creators across multiple marketplaces, including Cults3D, with planned support for MyMiniFactory and other platforms.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service

API Credentials

• You are responsible for the security of your marketplace API credentials
• We store API credentials securely but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You must only provide credentials for accounts you own or have permission to access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated tools to extract data beyond normal usage
• Share your account access with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Tiers

• Free tier: Limited features and data retention
• Paid tiers: Enhanced features, unlimited data, and priority support
• Features and limits may change with reasonable notice

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6. Data and Privacy

• We sync and store data from connected marketplace accounts
• You retain ownership of your original content and data
• We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

7. Intellectual Property

• The Nozzle Numbers platform and technology are our intellectual property
• You retain rights to your content and marketplace data
• You grant us a license to process and display your data for service provision

8. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions or marketplace API changes

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data from third-party marketplaces.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy
• Some provisions of these terms survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
